Welcome to UISeek. By accessing or using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you disagree with any part, stop using the service.

II. Service features

UISeek provides screenshot recognition, layer organization, online editing, project management, and related features. The available features, limits, and scope are as displayed in the product.

III. Account security

Sign in lawfully, keep account credentials secure, and take responsibility for activity under your account. If you notice unusual activity, stop the relevant actions and contact us.

IV. User content

You must ensure that screenshots, images, text, and other content you upload are lawful and that you have the rights needed to use and process them. You authorize us to process that content to the extent necessary to provide the service you request.

V. Acceptable use

When using UISeek, you must not:

• Upload or process content that infringes another person's intellectual property, privacy, or other lawful rights;
• Create or spread illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or malicious content using the service;
• Interfere with system operation, or access, test, or attack the service without authorization;
• Bypass product limits, abuse APIs at scale, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

VI. Paid services

Plan prices, validity periods, benefits, and credits are as shown on the purchase page and in order records. Paid services are also subject to the paid services agreement and refund information presented during checkout.

VII. Intellectual property

UISeek's software, interface, logos, documentation, and related technology are protected by law. These terms do not transfer those intellectual property rights; you retain your rights in the original content you lawfully upload.

VIII. Service changes and scope of liability

We may adjust or suspend parts of the service due to upgrades, maintenance, security risks, or force majeure, while seeking to minimize the impact. Each party is responsible for its conduct under applicable law.
